- Heat broiler to HIGH. Combine panko, Fisher® Almonds, zest, thyme and ½ teaspoon oil in small bowl.
- Heat remaining 1-½ teaspoons oil in large ovenproof skillet on medium-high heat. Cook garlic 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add zucchini and salt; cook 10 minutes or until tender and beginning to brown, stirring occasionally. Top with almond mixture.
- Transfer skillet to oven. Broil 1-2 minutes or until topping is browned.
