- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in small bowl. Mix egg, milk, oil and bananas in separate large bowl until well blended. Stir in flour mixture just until blended. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
- Ladle batter onto lightly oiled hot griddle or nonstick skillet on medium-high heat, using about ¼ cup batter for each pancake. Sprinkle each with a few tablespoons Fisher® Walnuts.
- Cook 2 minutes or until bubbles form on tops. Turn and cook 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until golden brown on bottoms. Serve with maple syrup, additional nuts and sliced bananas, if desired.
