- Bring 1 inch of water to boil in medium skillet on high heat; add asparagus. Cook 3-4 minutes or until tender; drain. Rinse with cold water.
- Whisk vinegar, Dijon, honey, salt and a dash of ground black pepper in small bowl. Gradually whisk in oil until well blended.
- Arrange asparagus on serving platter. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with Fisher® Almonds

Tips
To toast almonds, heat dry skillet on medium-high heat. Cook almonds 3-5 minutes or until browned, stirring frequently. Cool.
