- Heat oven to 350°F. Combine Fisher® Walnuts, sugar, raisins, butter, cinnamon and vanilla in medium bowl.
- Cut apples in half lengthwise and use melon baller or spoon to remove cores. Remove stem. Spoon walnut mixture into centers of apples. Arrange in 13x9-inch baking pan. Drizzle with maple syrup. Pour apple cider into bottom of pan.
- Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes or until apples are softened and cooked through. Drizzle with some of the cooking liquid before serving. Serve warm or at room temperature.
