1 pound
carrots, cut into rounds
2 tablespoons
chopped Fisher® Pecan Halves
1 tablespoon
butter, melted
1 tablespoon
honey
1-1/2 teaspoons
grated or finely chopped fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon
table salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook carrots in boiling water 8 minutes or until tender. Drain well.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl. Add carrots; toss until coated.
