DIRECTIONS
- Heat broiler. Combine all ingredients, except steaks, in small bowl.
- Heat large oven-proof skillet on high heat. Sear steaks 1 minute on each side. Cook on medium heat 4 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Top with bread crumb mixture.
- Broil about 1 minute or until crust is browned. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
