mangoes, peeled, cut into large chunks
2 tablespoons
orange juice
2 cups
low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup
Fisher® Chopped Macadamias

DIRECTIONS

  1. Puree ½ cup mangoes and orange juice in blender until smooth.
  2. Layer spoonfuls of mango chunks, mango puree, yogurt and Fisher® Macadamias in 4 serving glasses; repeat layers. Serve immediately or keep refrigerated.
