- Arrange half the bread slices in greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with ¼ cup each Fisher® Walnuts, apples and blueberries. Top with remaining bread.
- Whisk eggs, half-and-half and ¼ cup maple syrup in medium bowl until well blended. Pour over bread. Cover. Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Heat oven to 350°F. Uncover casserole. Bake 30-35 minutes or until deep golden brown.
- To serve, cut between bread slices. Top each serving with remaining nuts, apples blueberries and maple syrup.
