flour
1 teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon
baking soda
1 teaspoon
baking powder
1/4 teaspoon
table salt

eggs, beaten

ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup
brown sugar

1/2 cup
(1 stick) unsalted butter, melted, divided
1 cup
Fisher® Chopped Walnuts, divided
1 tablespoon
turbinado sugar or brown sugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 325°F. Line 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper, with ends of paper extending over the sides. Lightly coat with nonstick spray.
  2. Whisk first 5 ingredients in large bowl until blended. Mix eggs, bananas, brown sugar, vanilla and 7 tablespoons butter in separate bowl until smooth. Add banana mixture to flour mixture; gently stir with rubber spatula just until combined. Stir in 2/3 cup Fisher® Walnuts. Spoon evenly into pan.
  3. Combine remaining 1 tablespoon butter, 1/3 cup nuts and turbinado sugar. Sprinkle evenly over batter. Bake 55-60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
