mayonnaise
1 teaspoon
balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon
dried basil
1/2 teaspoon
honey
1/4 teaspoon
table salt
1/8 teaspoon
ground black pepper
9 cups
mixed salad greens

red apple (Gala or Red Delicious), halved, sliced
1/2 cup

1/4 cup
raisins or currants
3/4 cup
blue cheese crumbles (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Whisk first 6 ingredients in small bowl until well blended.
  2. Arrange 1-½ cups greens onto each plate. Top with apples, Fisher® Walnuts, raisins and cheese. Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
