large peeled & deveined raw shrimp
Citrus Sauce
2/3 cup
orange juice
1/4 cup
low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup
Karo® Light Corn Syrup
3 tablespoons
brown sugar
1 tablespoon
cornstarch

DIRECTIONS
- For Shrimp: Heat oven to 400°F.
- Place flour in shallow dish. Beat egg with 1 teaspoon water in second shallow dish. Combine panko, Fisher® Walnuts, salt and pepper in in third dish.
- Coat shrimp in flour, dip in egg, then coat in nut mixture, pressing firmly to adhere. Arrange on baking sheet coated with nonstick spray.
- Bake 15 minutes or until flesh is pearly or white and opaque, turning halfway.
- For Citrus Sauce: Meanwhile, whisk ingredients in small saucepan until well blended. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, whisking frequently. Cook on medium heat 2 minutes or until sauce is clear and thick. Cool before serving with shrimp.
