INGREDIENTS

2-1/4 cups
flour
1-1/2 teaspoons
baking powder
1/4 teaspoon
table salt
3/4 cup
(1-1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1-1/2 cups
brown sugar

eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon
vanilla
3/4 cup
chopped Fisher® Walnut Halves & Pieces
1 cup
white chocolate chips
1/2 cup
seedless raspberry jam

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and prepare with nonstick cooking spray. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in medium bowl; set aside.
  2. Beat butter and sugar in bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat until well blended, scraping bowl occasionally. Stir in flour until well blended. Stir in Fisher® Walnuts and chocolate chips.
  3. Reserve 1-1/2 cups batter; spread remaining batter into prepared pan. Top with jam then drop spoonfuls of reserved batter over jam layer.
  4. Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack before cutting.
