Combine olive oil and garlic in a small bowl. Brush both sides of each slice of bread with garlic oil. Place bread slices on a cookie sheet. Toast bread under the broiler, turning each slice over after it has browned. Brown on the second side.
Place cream cheese in a small microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds or until very soft. Stir in blue cheese. Spread blue cheese mixture one side of the bread pieces (about 1 tbsp. per piece). Top cheese layer with sun-dried tomatoes, walnuts and basil. Drizzle with any remaining garlic oil. Serve immediately.
