  • Looking for a creamy, cheesy dip with the perfect kick? Green chilies and jalapenos take this cheese dip from bland to bold, and the Fisher® Dry Roasted Peanuts add a tasty crunch to smooth out the flavors. Grab some chips and dig in! 


  • 2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 cup Fisher® Dry Roasted Peanuts, divided
  • 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, undrained
  • 1 can (4 oz.) sliced jalapenos, undrained


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, 1 cup cheddar cheese, ½ cup peanuts, chilies and jalapenos in the bowl of a food processor. Blend until smooth. Spread the dip into a 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle remaining ¼ cup cheddar cheese and ½ cup peanuts evenly over the dip and bake in oven for 20 minutes or until browned and bubbling.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips, vegetable dippers or the cracker of your choice.
