2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 cupFisher® Dry Roasted Peanuts, divided
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, undrained
1 can (4 oz.) sliced jalapenos, undrained
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, 1 cup cheddar cheese, ½ cup peanuts, chilies and jalapenos in the bowl of a food processor. Blend until smooth. Spread the dip into a 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle remaining ¼ cup cheddar cheese and ½ cup peanuts evenly over the dip and bake in oven for 20 minutes or until browned and bubbling.
Serve with tortilla chips, vegetable dippers or the cracker of your choice.
