A wonderfully unique approach to an old favorite- this appetizer will leave your guests wanting another bite. It's a must-have for all your holiday gatherings. Submitted by Betty Sullivan (Des Plaines, IL)
20 1/4-inch thick baguette slices, about 1/2 pound
1/2 cup Loosely packed arugula or baby spinach leaves
1/2 pound Roasted turkey, thinly sliced
1 (6 ounce) Brie cheese log, cut into 20 slices
2/3 cup Cherry preserves
2/3 cupFisher® Toasted Sliced Almonds
Place a few arugula leaves on each bread slice. Top a small slice of turkey with a small dab of preserves and a slice of brie.
Top each brie slice with about 1 teaspoon preserves and sprinkle with toasted almonds.
