  • A wonderfully unique approach to an old favorite- this appetizer will leave your guests wanting another bite.   • 20 1/4-inch thick baguette slices, about 1/2 pound
  • 1/2 cup Loosely packed arugula or baby spinach leaves, for food safety, gently rub produce under cold running water
  • 1/2 pound Roasted turkey, thinly sliced
  • 1 (6 ounce) Brie cheese log, cut into 20 slices
  • 2/3 cup Cherry preserves
  • 2/3 cup Fisher® Toasted Sliced Almonds


  1. Place a few arugula leaves on each bread slice. Top a small slice of turkey with a small dab of preserves and a slice of brie.
  2. Top each brie slice with about 1 teaspoon preserves and sprinkle with toasted almonds.
