Mango and Macadamia Yogurt Parfaits

  • Our rich and decadent parfait blends macadamia nuts, low-fat yogurt and mouthwatering mangoes!


  • 3 mangoes, for food safety, gently rub produce under cold running water
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/3 cup Fisher® Chef’s Naturals Chopped Macadamias


  1. Peel and seed the mangoes and cut into large cubes.
  2. Place ½ cup of mango cubes in a blender with the orange juice. Purée until smooth.
  3. Place a spoonful of the mango cubes in the base of each of 4 glasses. Top with a spoonful of the purée, then a layer of yogurt and a layer of chopped macadamia nuts
  4. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used up, finishing with the purée.
  5. Top with remaining chopped macadamia nuts and serve immediately.
