Our rich and decadent parfait blends macadamia nuts, low-fat yogurt and mouthwatering mangoes!
Ingredients
3 mangoes, for food safety, gently rub produce under cold running water
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/3 cupFisher® Chef’s Naturals Chopped Macadamias
Directions
Peel and seed the mangoes and cut into large cubes.
Place ½ cup of mango cubes in a blender with the orange juice. Purée until smooth.
Place a spoonful of the mango cubes in the base of each of 4 glasses. Top with a spoonful of the purée, then a layer of yogurt and a layer of chopped macadamia nuts
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used up, finishing with the purée.
Top with remaining chopped macadamia nuts and serve immediately.
