  • 1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup tahini paste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 cup Fisher® Chopped Hazelnuts, divided

  1. Melt chocolate chips in medium microwave-safe bowl on high for 1 minute. Remove bowl from microwave; stir continuously until smooth. Add tahini, vanilla and salt to melted chocolate. Whisk until well combined.
  2. Add powdered sugar and milk powder to tahini mixture. Stir to form a crumbly dough. Add ½ cup Fisher® Chopped Hazelnuts. Knead on clean surface for 2 to 3 minutes, until smooth, slightly tacky dough forms.
  3. Line a clean container or bowl with at least a 3-cup volume with plastic wrap, allowing a 3-inch overhang on all sides. Add remaining hazelnuts to bottom of container; press dough into nuts. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight until slightly firm. Unmold and slice before serving. Store in an airtight container or wrapped in plastic in the refrigerator for up to one week.
