Fisher® Peanut Topping is the perfect way to finish off your Sundae masterpiece. It really takes this classic dessert from "good" to "great!"
2/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 cups reduced fat milk
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup whipping cream
1/4 cupFisher® Peanut Topping
6 maraschino cherries
Combine sugar, cornstarch, cocoa and salt in medium saucepan. Gradually stir in milk until smooth.
Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add in chocolate chips, butter and vanilla, stirring until chocolate is melted.
Pour ¼ cup into 6 serving bowls. Sprinkle 1 tsp. topping nuts over pudding in each cup, top with additional ¼ cup pudding. Place a waxed paper or parchment onto the surface of the pudding to prevent a skin forming. Refrigerate until chilled.
To serve: remove paper, top each pudding cup with about 1 tbsp. whipped cream, 1 tsp. nuts and 1 maraschino cherries.
