  • Fisher® Peanut Topping is the perfect way to finish off your Sundae masterpiece. It really takes this classic dessert from "good" to "great!"


  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups reduced fat milk
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup Fisher® Peanut Topping
  • 6 maraschino cherries


  1. Combine sugar, cornstarch, cocoa and salt in medium saucepan. Gradually stir in milk until smooth.
  2. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add in chocolate chips, butter and vanilla, stirring until chocolate is melted.
  3. Pour ¼ cup into 6 serving bowls. Sprinkle 1 tsp. topping nuts over pudding in each cup, top with additional ¼ cup pudding. Place a waxed paper or parchment onto the surface of the pudding to prevent a skin forming. Refrigerate until chilled.
  4. To serve: remove paper, top each pudding cup with about 1 tbsp. whipped cream, 1 tsp. nuts and 1 maraschino cherries.
