Everyone loves homemade fudge, and this fresh twist is a coffee lover’s dream. Fisher® walnuts give it the texture and crunchy goodness to top it all off.
2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
2 tablespoons cold butter
3/4 cup chopped Fisher® Chef’s Naturals walnuts
Line 8 x 8-inch pan with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine condensed milk and coffee granules in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every 60 seconds until milk is hot and coffee has dissolved. Stir in chocolate and butter. Stir until mixture is smooth. Microwave for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute, if needed. Add nuts, stirring until well distributed.
Spread fudge in prepared pan. Chill for at least 2 hours before cutting and serving. Store at room temperature or in refrigerator.
