One Pot Fudge Brownies

  • For a Fresh Twist: Mix in coarsely chopped Fisher® Chef’s Naturals® almonds, walnuts or pecans.
    Sift powdered sugar over brownies just before serving.
    Serve brownies warm with vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce and raspberries for dessert.

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup bittersweet or semisweet chocolate chips, divided
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs, large
  • 1 cup Fisher® Chef’s Naturals® Almond-Coconut Flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter 8” x 8” nonstick baking pan.
  2. Melt butter and 1/4 cup chocolate chips in medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring just until smooth. Remove from heat.
  3. Add sugar and vanilla to warm chocolate mixture; whisk to blend.
  4. Whisk in eggs 1 at a time.
  5. Add Fisher® Chef’s Naturals® Almond-Coconut Flour, cocoa, and salt; whisk to combine.
  6. Mix ¼ cup chocolate chips into batter.
  7. Spread batter in prepared pan. Sprinkle with remaining ¼ cup chocolate chips.
  8. Bake until cake tester or toothpick inserted into center comes out with a few crumbs attached, 20 to 22 minutes.
  9. Cool brownie in pan. Cut into squares. Note: Store airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
