Pecan Pie Bubble-Up

  • This fresh twist on classic pecan pie is sure to pique your appetite and satisfy your sweet tooth. Its gooey center pairs perfectly with the crunch of Fisher® Pecans on top for a truly delicious dessert.


  • 1 refrigerated cinnamon roll dough, with frosting included
  • 1 1/2 cup Fisher® Pecan Halves
  • 1 1/3 cup Karo®® Light or Dark Corn Syrup
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Open cinnamon rolls and cut each into 3 to 4 pieces; reserve frosting. Place pieces in baking pan and sprinkle with Fisher® Pecan Halves.
  3. Mix Karo®® Corn Syrup, eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla using a spoon. Pour over roll dough and pecans.
  4. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool a few minutes, drizzle with icing and serve warm.
