  • This combination of Fisher® Pecan Halves, raisins and/ or chocolate chips is a great snack when you craving something sweet and satisfying. 


  • Crust:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Filling:

  • 1/2 cup Karo®® Light OR Dark Corn Syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chopped Fisher® Chef’s Naturals Pecan Halves
  • 1 cup raisins or chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil. Grease foil and set aside.
  2. Crust: Mix flour, butter, brown sugar and salt in a large bowl with mixer at medium speed until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press firmly into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  3. Filling: Stir corn syrup, sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt in a large bowl until blended. Stir in pecans and raisins or chocolate chips. Pour over crust.
  4. Bake 25 to 35 minutes until filling is firm around edges and slightly soft in center. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
