Easy Baked Pecan-crusted Salmon

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Fisher® Chef’s Naturals Pecan Flour
  • 6 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons diced shallots (about ½ medium)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 salmon pieces (5 to 6 oz. each)

Directions

  1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all ingredients in large bowl, except salmon. Lightly whisk or fold until evenly incorporated.
  3. Place salmon on prepared baking sheet. Divide butter mixture equally among salmon pieces, spreading evenly, and leaving a bit of room on edges.
  4. Refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  5. Bake salmon until internal temperature reaches 145°F on a food thermometer, about 10 to 12 minutes. Serve immediately.
