Garlic Baked Shrimp

  • 1 1/2 ounce butter, melted
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and de-veined
  • 1/3 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Fisher® Chef’s Naturals Sliced Almonds


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Combine butter and garlic in a small bowl; set aside. Combine breadcrumbs and almonds with 2 tbsp. of garlic butter in another small bowl; stir until well blended.
  3. Spread remaining garlic butter on the bottom of a 9-inch round baking dish or ceramic tart pan; arrange shrimp over the reserved garlic butter. Top shrimp with breadcrumb mixture. Bake shrimp until flesh is pearly or white, and opaque; breadcrumbs have browned, 10 minutes.
