  • For a Fresh Twist: Like it sweet? Add a few dried fruits or some honey and blend


  • 1 cup Fisher® Whole Natural Almonds
  • 10 cups Water Divided


  1. Combine 5 cups water and 1 cup almonds. Soak overnight in the refrigerator. Drain the almonds from the soaking water and rinse thoroughly under cool running water.
  2. In a blender, combine almonds and 5 cups of fresh water. Blend at the highest speed for 2 minutes. Pulse the blender a few times to break up the almonds, then blend continuously for another minute.
  3. Pour mixture over cheesecloth to strain.
