1 1/2 cup grated Granny Smith apples (about 1 large)
1/2 cup chopped Fisher® Chef’s Naturals Walnuts
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Whisk oil, sugar, honey and eggs together in a large bowl until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Spoon batter into prepared loaf pan bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Let bread sit for 10 minutes then turn out onto a rack, and let cool completely.
