Baked Brie with Glazed Walnuts & Pomegranate Seeds

  • 1 brie round (8oz)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup Fisher® Walnut Halves and Pieces, coarsely chopped, OR Fisher® Chopped Walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Crackers and/or toasted bread (for serving)
  • For food safety, gently rub produce under cold running water.


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place brie on parchment-lined rimmed baking pan and lightly scour in a crisscross pattern with a sharp knife. Transfer brie to oven and bake 10 to 14 minutes or until inside of cheese is softened, but outside remains intact.
  3. Meanwhile, in small nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add Fisher® Walnuts and honey; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until walnuts are light golden brown, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Use a flat spatula to carefully transfer brie to serving platter. Top brie with walnuts, and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and parsley. Serve immediately with crackers, toasted bread, or crostini.
