Ingredients
1 can (14 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 1/2 cup frozen corn kernels, prepare according to manufacturer's instructions and cool
1 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1/2 cup chopped Fisher® Chef’s Naturals Pecans
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
For food safety, rub produce under cold running water and scrub firm produce with a clean vegetable brush under running water.
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Refrigerate before serving.
