Ingredients
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon Orange zest
1/8 teaspoon Ground Pepper
1 1/2 cup Chopped cooked turkey meat or deli turkey
1/2 cupFisher® Honey Roasted Chopped Pecans
1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
6 slices Whole grain bread
3 Green leaf lettuce leaves - for food safety, gently rub produce under cold running water
Directions
Mix mayonnaise, orange zest and pepper together in a medium bowl. Stir in turkey, pecans and cranberries; set aside
Top 3 slices of whole grain bread with one lettuce leaf each, and top lettuce with a generous 1/2 cup turkey salad and a second slice of bread.
