Raspberry Almond Rolls

  • 8 ounces refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons granulate sugar
  • 1/3 cup Fisher® Chef’s Naturals Slivered Almonds
  • 1/4 cup raisins


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or greased aluminum foil.
  2. Mix cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl, reserve 1 tsp. Stir in almonds and raisins; set aside.
  3. Unroll crescents into 2 rectangles and gently cut along the dotted lines, without pulling them apart. Spread jam over the tops of both rectangles.
  4. Sprinkle dough with sugar and almond mixture, and roll Crescents from wide end to pointed end. Transfer to prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with reserved cinnamon sugar.
  5. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
