Almond, Arugula and Grapefruit Salad

  • 6 tablespoons fat free Italian dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 5 ounces arugula or arugula salad blend. For food safety, gently rub produce under cold running water
  • 6.5 ounces red grapefruit sections with no added sugar, drained
  • 3 tablespoons Fisher® Chef’s Naturals Sliced Almonds


  1. Whisk dressing, lime zest and orange juice in a small bowl until well blended; set aside.
  2. Place salad greens on a serving platter. Top with grapefruit sections and toasted almonds. Serve with reserved dressing.
