  • Fisher® Sunflower Seeds and juicy raisins are the perfect addition to this broccoli salad. Add a pop of flavor!


  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 6 cups small broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/4 cup Fisher® Dry Roasted Sunflower Kernels
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion


  1. Mix mayonnaise, sugar and cider vinegar in a large bowl.
  2. Add broccoli, raisins, sunflower kernels and red onion and mix lightly. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving to blend flavors.

Very good salad, and I always have to have it when I do cookouts. But it tastes great with toasted pecans as well! Add a can of drained mandarin oranges right before serving for extra color.
