Spring Greens and Honey Pecan Salad

  • For a Fresh Twist: Add grilled chicken, tuna or steak


  • 1/4 cup balsamic or apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 cup Fisher® Honey Roasted Chopped Pecans
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups spring mix salad greens
  • For food safety, gently rub produce under cold running water.


  1. For vinaigrette, in a small owl, whisk together vinegar, olive oil, mustard and honey.
  2. Stir vinaigrette with pecans, onions, grapes, kiwis and peppers. Cover and refrigerate.
  3. Just before serving, stir in salad greens.
