Ingredients
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
9 cups mixed greens
1 red apple (gala or delicious), cut in half, cored and cut into slices
1/2 cupFisher® Walnut Halves and Pieces
1/4 cup raisins or currants
3/4 cup blue cheese crumbles, optional
For food safety, gently rub produce under cold running water.
Directions
Whisk mayonnaise, balsamic vinegar, dried basil, honey, salt and pepper in a small bowl, set aside.
. Place 1½ cups salad greens onto each of 4 plates. Top with apple slices, walnuts, raisins and blue cheese. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp. dressing immediately before serving.
