  • For a Fresh Twist: Stir in 1 cup of red grape halves.


  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups diced cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, about 1 lb. raw
  • 1 large apple, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • ½ cup Fisher® Chopped Walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 bag 5 oz. mixed salad greens
  • For food safety, gently rub produce under cold running water.


  1. Mix mayonnaise and lemon juice in medium bowl.
  2. Stir in chicken, apples, celery, walnuts, tarragon, salt, and pepper. Serve on salad greens. Cover and refrigerate any remaining salad.
