Ingredients

  • 4 cups Fisher® Chef’s Naturals Pecan Halves
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon ancho chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
  2. Cover/cook on high for 15 minutes, then switch to low and continue cooking, uncovered, stirring occasionally for 2 hours.
  3. Remove nuts, spread on a sheet pan and allow to cool.
