Ingredients
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened, divided
2 tablespoons confectioner's sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1 cup granola (without dried fruit)
1/2 cupFisher® Chef's Naturals Chopped Pecans
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In mixing bowl cream ½ cup butter and confectioner's sugar; stir in flour until well combined.
With lightly floured fingers pat dough into ungreased 9-inch square pan; bake 10 minutes. Remove; cool 10 minutes.
Spread jam evenly over crust.
Combine in bowl remaining ¼ cup melted butter, honey, brown sugar and vanilla. Stir in oats, granola, pecans, and chocolate. Pat firmly over jam layer.
Bake 28-30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven; cool completely before cutting into squares.
