  • Start your morning right or snack throughout the day with these tasty and hearty granola bars, featuring Fisher® Chopped Pecans. 


  • 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened, divided
  • 2 tablespoons confectioner's sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 1 cup granola (without dried fruit)
  • 1/2 cup Fisher® Chef's Naturals Chopped Pecans
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In mixing bowl cream ½ cup butter and confectioner's sugar; stir in flour until well combined.
  3. With lightly floured fingers pat dough into ungreased 9-inch square pan; bake 10 minutes. Remove; cool 10 minutes.
  4. Spread jam evenly over crust.
  5. Combine in bowl remaining ¼ cup melted butter, honey, brown sugar and vanilla. Stir in oats, granola, pecans, and chocolate. Pat firmly over jam layer.
  6. Bake 28-30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven; cool completely before cutting into squares.
