Twist: Use ⅓ cup each of white, semi-sweet, milk chocolate chips.
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup (1 ½ sticks) butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
3/4 cup light corn syrup
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cupFisher® Pecan Chips
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl; set aside.
Blend butter and sugar using an electric mixer. Add corn syrup, egg and vanilla; beat until mixture is well blended and smooth. Add flour mixture; do not overmix. Fold in pecans and chocolate.
Spread mixture evenly in ungreased 15½ x 10½ x 1-inch baking pan. Bake 30 min. or until golden brown. Cool; cut into bars.
