For a Fresh Twist: Melt ½ cup chocolate chips with the butter.
1 cup light corn syrup
¾ cup sugar
⅓ cup butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1½ cupFisher® Pecan Halves
1 9-inch deep-dish pie shell
Stir corn syrup, sugar and butter in a saucepan over low heat until butter melts. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Stir in eggs and vanilla; add pecan halves.
Pour filling into shell. Bake at 325°F for 55-60 min. or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool completely before serving.
