  • Pecan pie is always rich and delicious. Whether it’s for a big holiday party or as the dessert after a family meal, this recipe for a classic pecan pie using Fisher® Pecan Halves is sure to impress and satisfy.
  • For a Fresh Twist: Melt ½ cup chocolate chips with the butter.


  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ⅓ cup butter
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1½ cup Fisher® Pecan Halves
  • 1 9-inch deep-dish pie shell


  1. Stir corn syrup, sugar and butter in a saucepan over low heat until butter melts. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Stir in eggs and vanilla; add pecan halves.
  2. Pour filling into shell. Bake at 325°F for 55-60 min. or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool completely before serving.
