  • It doesn’t have to be cold outside to enjoy a holiday favorite. If you’re looking for a decadent dessert your sweet tooth can support, then you came to the right recipe. Fisher® Pecan Cookie Pieces add the perfect amount of crunch to this tasty treat.
  • For a Fresh Twist: Replace chocolate with 1 Tbsp. grated lemon zest.


  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Fisher® Pecan Cookie Pieces, divided
  • 1½ cup powdered sugar, divided
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup miniature chocolate chips


  1. Place butter, flour, ½ cup pecans, ½ cup powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt in the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth. Transfer to a medium bowl and stir in remaining ½ cup pecans and chocolate chips. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until dough becomes firm.
  2. Preheat oven to 325°F. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place on parchment paper lined cookie sheets, 1 inch apart.
  3. Bake 15 min. or until set and very lightly browned. Cool 10 min., then roll the cookies in powdered sugar, reserve any remaining sugar. Cool cookies completely and roll in reserved sugar before serving.
