You’ll crave the unique combination of sea salt and chocolate. Add Fisher® Cashews to the mix and you’ve got a rich dessert that will be a new favorite!
1/2 pound milk chocolate, chopped
3/4 cupFisher® Cashew Halves and Pieces
1/8 teaspoon flaked sea salt such as fleur de sel
Place chocolate into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on medium for 30 seconds. Let sit for 30 seconds, stir the chocolate and repeat until chocolate is mostly melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
Stir ½ cup cashews into chocolate; pour onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment or waxed paper. Using a spatula, spread the chocolate to an 8 x 8-inch square about ¼" thick.
Sprinkle slab evenly with sea salt and add remaining ¼ cup cashews. Chill in refrigerator to set. Cut into 16 2-inch squares, or 15 1 ½ x 2 ½ inch rectangles.
