Spiced Cranberry Walnut Tart

  • It’s not quite a cake, and it’s not quite a pie. It might be the most delicious tart you’ve ever had, though! With pumpkin spice, cranberries, and Fisher® Walnut Halves and Pieces, you can’t go wrong.


  • 1 refrigerated pie crust for a 9-inch pie
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup Karo®® Light Corn Syrup
  • 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup chopped Fisher® Walnut Halves & Pieces
  • 1/2 cup chopped crystallized ginger


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9-inch tart pan with pie crust.
  2. Whisk together eggs, sugar, corn syrup, butter, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and salt. Stir in cranberries, walnuts and ginger. Pour filling into crust.
  3. Bake for 350°F for 40 minute or until tart is slightly puffed in the center and has set. Let cool completely before cutting.
  4. Note: Ginger is 60 grams
