  • Our sweet summer-time fruit salad recipe features pineapples, raisins, bananas and a pecan nut topping. 


  • 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 3 bananas, sliced 1/4-inch think
  • 1 cup Fisher® Chef’s Naturals Pecan Halves
  • lettuce leaves
  • For food safety, gently rub produce under cold running water.
  • Creamy Dressing:

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons half and half


  1. In a mixing bowl, add pineapple, raisins, banana slices and pecans. Mix gently to combine.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk mayonnaise with half and half until smooth.
  3. Just before serving, evenly divide fruit mixture onto lettuce leaves. Serve with creamy dressing.
