Ingredients
1/2 cupFisher® Chef’s Naturals Walnuts plus 2 walnut halves
1 cup chopped drained roasted red peppers
2 medium garlic cloves, chopped
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
1/2 mayonnaise
Directions
Puree ½ cup walnuts, roasted peppers, garlic, cumin, and cayenne in a food processor until as smooth as possible, about 1 minute.
Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in mayonnaise. Top with walnut halves. Serve with veggie dippers, if desired.
