  • 1/2 cup Fisher® Chef’s Naturals Walnuts plus 2 walnut halves
  • 1 cup chopped drained roasted red peppers
  • 2 medium garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
  • 1/2 mayonnaise


  1. Puree ½ cup walnuts, roasted peppers, garlic, cumin, and cayenne in a food processor until as smooth as possible, about 1 minute.
  2. Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in mayonnaise. Top with walnut halves. Serve with veggie dippers, if desired.
