  • 1/2 cup balsamic dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 bag (5 oz.) Baby Kale Mix or mixed baby greens
  • 3 medium radishes, cut into thin slices
  • 3/4 sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Fisher® Chef’s Naturals Halves and Pieces
  • For food safety, gently rub produce under cold running water.


  1. Combine dressing, oregano and garlic powder in a small bowl.
  2. Layer salad greens, radishes, mushrooms, cheese and walnuts on a serving platter. Drizzle with dressing. Serve immediately.
